Hamburg YOSHI Omotesando — Restaurant in Tokyo

Overall very disappointing experience. I ordered the set meal with Harami steak, but it was inedible, extremely tough and chewy, like rubber. I informed the waitress that it couldn’t be eaten, but instead of apologizing, she asked me what I wanted to do with it. This came across as very rude. Other staff members were also not particularly friendly. The beef hamburg was bland and dry, lacking any juiciness. The only redeeming factor was the condiment sauce, which slightly compensated for the lack of flavor. The restaurant was extremely smoky, making my eyes dry and teary. It seems the air circulation and ventilation are quite poor.

Food was alright, not tourist friendly when it comes to you finishing your food. Only tourist peopleare the ones i’ve seen they hurried to remove plates from our table while still eating. When locals was waiting standing in the kiosk they didnt say anything for 15 mins then we move infront of the kiosk doing the same thing as other locals when we were next. We were told to back off. Im very disappointed with this place and a bit over price in my opinion for the value. Even during the off-peak hour, there could still be a small queue. The menu is straight forward, just beef meat/tongue patty. They recommend the tongue patties cuz it's cheaper. But I'm actually curious about the real meat patty so next time if I'm around, I won't go for the beef tongue patty again.

Service is friendly and they serve you the patty one after another to keep the warmth. Rice is over the top quality so definitly ask for more rice!!!

Overall I'm willing to visit here again...
