I often get asked...'Brad, why are you in Japan again? It's your 7th trip this year'.

Well the reason I come to Japan is to visit "Hi, Coffee Hey,Herb". Not only is the coffee good, but also the tea is good, and the hot cocoa is good, and the hand made biscuits and scones are good, and the soft relaxing music is good, and the warm ambiance is good.

But most importantly, you can tell the care that is put into the service. The owner will happily hand craft a personalized tea for you from an assortment of herbs. Be it a brew to awaken your day, or something to cradle you into the night.

In addition, there is a soothing atmosphere, a space just to sit and chat while enjoying a drink. Dogs are always welcome.

If you're looking for a local coffee and tea shop while in Tokyo look no further. During our two week trip to Tokyo getting our morning coffee and chai at Hi, Coffee Hey, Herb was the highlight of our time in Tokyo. Natsumi (so sorry if I spelt this wrong) is the owner and you can feel the love and care she has for her business in the product. This was by far the best chai latte I've ever had and my partner raves about the oat milk caramel latte. The owner also makes her own specialty tea blends with local Japanese herbs. 100000% would recommend this spot to any coffee or tea lover. We look forward to coming back!!! -...
