We were seated, but even after calling out twice, no one came to take our order for over 15 minutes. We eventually gave up and left. A female staff member did run after us, but we had already decided to go elsewhere.
Recently, we gave it another shot, but this time we stood at the entrance and were completely ignored. Then two ladies just walked in and got seated ahead of us. That was the final straw—we left again.

The food was absolutely delicious, homemade with care and love, topped off with very patient and considerate staff taking an order from foriegners who don't know much Japanese!
