We went there for the second time, because our first time was a magical night. The service this time was so bad that we probably will never go again. Really disappointing.
We got a dinner menu and a special menu for chicken satays. When we ordered, though, the waitress said it takes too long to cook and last order was at 10 (an hour later than when we were ordering, even though they advertise being open until 11) and they couldn't cook any satay.
Confused why they even gave us the menu, we asked if we could order from the normal menu still. She rolled her eyes and stomped away. Instead, another waiter came up and told us we could still order, so we did. All of our food, including the satays, came out very quickly, not even 15 minutes later. Guess it doesn't take that long? Maybe they just wanted to go home early?
For the remainder of the night, both waiters ignored us entirely, never offered water, and didn't even collect any of the empty plates that were filling up the table. When it came time for last order, we asked for a dessert and the waiter didn't even listen to what we chose, rolled his eyes and said, "we can't make any".Why even have a last order if you're not going to take the order?
In the morning we both woke up with food poisoning. Rude staff, temper tantrums, high prices, and food poisoning to top it off?...

In fact, everything here has been good; not one thing we’ve tried has been bad. One note is that when you order “spicy”, it is Thai-level spicy, so be prepared for the delicious, delicious burn if you order the spicy option. Then again, what better way to enjoy than spice!
You can also pay for takeout online at their special site and it will be ready when you arrive, and they sell frozen reheatable food as well. We haven’t tried the frozen food, but it looks great, so we’ll try it next time for...

Best part was the courteous staff who even gave my son a toy and even talked to him in a friendly way when he was having tantrums. Next best would be the sumptous food and generous servings (their lunch set has soup, an appetizer, and a big plate of main dish -- Thai food is our favorite and we're so glad we don't have to book a ticket to Thailand just to have it. The affordable price and spacious interior are added bonuses. We will definitely...
