This is the third generation of a sushi restaurant that maintains an old-fashioned style, which is rare in Otemachi. I visited Shiroki Kaanta with a foreign customer after making a reservation. I bought two Omakase menus through Tablecheck, including a vegetarian one, for 16,500 yen per menu, or 33,000 yen for both.
What did we get for that money? A normal menu listed on their menu, worth 4,000 yen, knowing that the vegetarian one is worth much less, and it was absolutely disgusting.
I had already prepaid on Tablecheck, unfortunately, and the restaurant refused to partially refund my menu. One of the worst restaurants of my life. Honestly.

Seeing Chef Imai make the food in front of you, you could really tell how much time he has put into his practice, expertly and elegantly making each piece.
