We walked around for about 30mins trying to locate this restaurant tonight (Google maps wasn't terribly accurate in this instance) and when we eventually found it, we opened the door and straight away the staff member (an older man) gestured "no" and didn't even try to accommodate us. It was a flat no with zero reasoning given. The other reviews from tourists/foreigners was unfortunately quite accurate as we first hand experienced this tonight. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Walked a few doors down to this other restaurant on level 2 and as soon as the lift doors opened, we were joyfully greeted and seated in a matter of seconds and had the best dinner so all in all, a happy evening with a fabulous meal...

The bad: The location is quite cramped and ventilation is poor, so you'll probably reek of smoke, oil, and BBQ'd meat for the remainder of the day. The staff also give off an unfriendly vibe and have a less-than-satisfactory attitude. But overall, the food and cost easily make up for those shortcomings.
Also worth mentioning: if you go for lunch, expect a long line. And even there isn't a long line, you might still end up waiting 20+ minutes to get seated. It's...

The staff were nice despite how busy this restaurant is.
My simple only is the cleanliness of the table and the place. I hope the management would think about renovating their restaurant to make the place more conducive place...
