Johnny and Lee — Restaurant in Tokyo

This review is based on my experience as a foreigner. Experience for locals will be easier in some aspects.

Our hotel was in the Hanzomon area, so we came across this restaurant while walking around. It looks stylish and they also have an outdoor patio that's just above street level, so an ideal location.

First off, their menu only comes in Japanese. Not generally a problem for me. However, they highly prefer that you place your order using the QR code that takes you to the Line app. If you do not have a Japanese phone number, you won't be able to do this. I do have Line, and it still took me longer to scroll through everything than it would have taken me to just order off of the paper menu. It is probably more efficient for the kitchen and bar staff, but certainly not for clients.

On to the food and drinks. They have a large selection of craft beers, of which 85% were unavailable on Line. They also had some highball drinks, mixed drinks and a decent selection of wine. We ordered a bunch of different skewers. They all tasted great, but there wasn't a lot of meat on them for the price. Also, the shrimp skewers came unpeeled which made it difficult to eat. We did also order their tiramisu cheesecake. It was very fluffy and fluffy, and the base was made with nuts instead of crackers.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They did help us out in the beginning to figure out the order system and they cleared the table after we finished each dish.

Overall, we had a good time coming here to have a few drinks and sharing some skewers. Sadly it is on the pricy side for what you are getting, especially food-wise. I'd give it 3.5/5...

オシャレであっさり系のラーメン屋！

店員さんもねじりタオルに白シャツよりは、イタリアン？って感じのスタイルの人ばかり

客層も女性が多くてオシャレですね

肝心のラーメン！ なにやら、曜日によってメニューが変わるようで

来店日は、月曜だったので、東京クラシック850円とランチセットのトリライス(中)250円を注文！

まず先に来るのはトリライス！ ネギとトリチャーシューがうまくご飯と絡む！ 味付けが良いですね！

そして、半分ほど食べたところで、お待ちかねのラーメン！ まず、スープを飲みます…

私この手のあっさり系好きじゃないんですが、そんな私でも美味しく感じるんです！

あっさりだけど、深みがあるといいますか…しっかり出汁を感じるというか…もう、飲み干したいくらいの美味しさですね

そして、見た目も良いですね ラーメンなのに色鮮やかで食欲そそります！

チャーシューも少し大きめで美味しい たまごも味玉の半熟でうまい！！！

完璧なラーメンを求めたらこうなりました…

というか感じですね！ ...

【鶏マリン（塩）＋味付半熟卵】 半蔵門駅通りのおしゃれ焼鳥店のラーメン。ジョニーヌードルの系列店らしい。カウンター6席、2人掛けテーブルたくさんと結構広い。東京クラシック等ジョニーヌードルと同じメニューもある。鶏マリンは黄金色とまではいかないが黄みがかった透明なスープ・白く細いパッツン系の麺・味付け鶏肉スライス3枚・ナルト・白ねぎ・アサツキ・海苔1枚の構成。スープはやや薄味で鶏油も少なめマリン感はない（せいぜい昆布くらいかな）。前に行ったジョニーヌードルの東京クラシックは若干ぬるかったがこっちは適温だった。鶏チャーシューは柔らかく程よい醤油味。麺は少しザラツキのあるパッツン系。味玉は大きく味付けもよく黄身はトロトロではない半熟タイプ。カウンター上にはコショーや酢は置いていないので味変不可。旨いが感動レベルとまではいかなかったかな。ちなみに店名のリーはLEEではなくREEだった...
