I’ve just had one of the best meals in my life !!
Juan Bowl & Tea in Omotesando has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant interiors is so gentle and warm in the eyes, captures your heart & triggers curiosity towards the meal that you’re about to have. I had the A5 Wagyu Set meal and I love the different variations on how you can enjoy the meal. I think it is so unique, creative & definitely tickles that soft spot in your heart. The quality of the meat & all the ingredients that came with the set is to die for. Everything was just so beautiful! Also had the matcha tiramisu, and for someone who just joined the matcha game, I FELL IN LOVE with how soft the tiramisu was, the right amount of sweetness, and just melts in your mouth. Of course, the Warabi Mochi .. wow, the only thing I can say is I CRIED because of how AMAZING this was.
Overall, from the moment I walked in, to the end of the meal, my foodie heart & my taste buds had such a fantastic experience. I enjoyed everything, I’m definitely coming back!!
So glad that there’s a Sydney restaurant too, much closer to home!

The restaurant may be small but it has counter seats and private room!
The staff and lady boss were very attentive. They walked us through how to best enjoy the food with the condiments and sauces.
What a fun experience to layer the various combination and taste something new.
The Eel was nice and soft. It’s hidden under a velvety and buttery runny egg and a base of Japanese rice.
The wagyu (our recco) is heavenly - what you would expect of A5 grade. We want more of it!
The Katsu (pork) was tender and juicy. The breadcrumbs breaks into a symphony of excitement with every bite. We can still hear it crunching.
The chicken rice reminds us of south east Asia’s Hainan Chicken rice. We the chili was modelled after the chili and ginger, it will be perfect.
The pairing of soup into the last portion of rice was ingenious. It provided a good balance and not too heavy.
We love this place and we will be back maybe to...
