Monsoon Café Omotesandō — Restaurant in Tokyo

It's really racist. SHIORI, who serves and guides, thinks you have a high position because you were wearing a suit, not a uniform. You're not a part-time job, you're a janitor, so can you be so messed up?

I paged and yelled for an order, and it wasn't long after (you didn't apologize to us). SHIORI was very unkind. You said sarcastically when we ordered the menu even though there were Japanese majors and students studying abroad. "What do you mean?" "I don't understand." And not just this conversation, but the way you treat us as a whole felt very, very rude. From your behavior and manners, we clearly felt discriminatory.

Tokyo is a city of various foreigners. Your store is a global restaurant. But can I be so narrow-minded? I'm really disappointed. I don't want to experience this in other countries. I don't want to come to this...

We were walking in Omotesando and got tired and looked for somewhere to rest and recharge, and found this cafe. Seemed very popular with the locals. Turns out they served alot of Asian dishes like Thai curry and Taiwanese pork rice. It was decent and the shrimp toast was good! Service leaves alot to be desired but they try. It gets a little stuffy indoors and doesn't seem to be much air circulation. Decor is chic but I found the music too loud....

Service - I made a reservation but we’re given a bar table. But i can see vacant tables. I asked if we can transfer, they say all reserved. Showed them my reservarion confirmation. Upon further discussion, we were given one of the vacant tables.

Food - not that good. I tried a more delicious shrimp toast here in Tokyo and cheaper. And we’re served a half cooked shrimp toast. So disappointed. Requested it to be cooked again. But they gave us...
