AMORE Vintage AOYAMA — Local services in Tokyo

I have never purchased a pre-loved bag from an overseas source before. I am so thankful that this experience was with Amore. While this is not the first Hermes bag in my collection, this is my first Hermes Kelly. I have been wanting a very specific combo (color, style, leather, etc) for years. When I stumbled upon the listing for this bag, I could not believe it! The store was amazing in responding to my emails. Their replies were always fast, professional and friendly, and answered all my questions. Amore packed my bag so carefully, encasing her in protective bubble wrap and using super cute paper to cover her. My bag shipped in one business day. My bag was exactly as I hoped it would be and more. I expected a beautiful bag and perhaps the owner very carefully used it. I can swear, it seems like it was never used at all. Absolutely stunning and like I got it straight from the Hermes store! I am one who keeps my bags in pristine condition and I am truly impressed. Customer service was superb! As you’re automatically greeted at the door, you are approached with such a friendly staff. The person who helped was named Alicia she was so sweet. She knew we were from America so she spoke in English. Answered any questions I had. Honestly this was the first store that I’ve been to here in Japan (and we’ve been to a few) where I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything or felt any intimidation from any of the staff. Absolutely loved my experience at Amore Vintage AOYAMA! The store is beautifully curated with an incredible selection of luxury vintage pieces—from Chanel bags to unique jewelry and clothing. Everything was in excellent condition and displayed so elegantly. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made browsing and shopping feel relaxed and enjoyable.
