I was so hungry for dumplings for a long time. When I was walking in Ueno station, I accidentally found this Chinese dumpling restaurant. When you enter the place, you feel like you are in China. The atmosphere is really good. I ate a set of of dumplings with 6 kinds of dumplings included, some meat and vegetables. The taste were good. Living in Japan, it is easy to be confident about going to any random restaurant and expecting it to be good, Kamonka was a rare exception. I have had better dimsum from a 7-11. The main chicken dish was so drowning in oil that the waitress grimaced when serving it. It is really challenging to make bad Chinese food, but Kamonka has mastered the art.
