西麻布かさはら、外苑西通の外苑前と西麻布の中間に位置するレストランダイニングです。 自宅のリビングダイニングのようなスペースには、バーとキッチンを併せ持ち、お酒と料理を十分に楽しめる環境があります。 初めての方にも、気さくなかさはらさんが、食材選びから料理メニューの説明まで丁寧に対応頂けるので、苦手な食材がある方も安子です。 オーナー自らがオープンキッチンで調理をするのを見ながら、 わいわいと会食するのも良いですし、 プライベートで1人飲みながらディナーもおすすめします。 あまり、うるさく無いレストランバーです。 ホテルのクラブラウンジにシェフがいて、なんでもしてくれるという感じです。 私の、お気に入り料理は海老グラタンです！、かなり濃厚、クリーミーなチーズと濃厚な海老の出汁も香りも感じられる絶品の一品です。 前菜４種の生姜カツも美味しいのでお楽しみに、いろいろな料理を作ってくれるので、かさはらさんに、電話で是非ご相談ください。 10年以上通った経験から間違いなく西麻布界隈でいちばん良い人です。 （笑）

The space is like a living room and dining room at home, and has both a bar and a kitchen, making it an environment where you can fully enjoy your drinks and food. The friendly Mr. Nakasahara will carefully assist even first-time customers, from selecting ingredients to explaining the menu, so even if you don't like certain ingredients, you can still enjoy it. You can have a lively meal while watching the owner himself cook in the open kitchen, or I recommend a private dinner while drinking alone. It's a restaurant and bar that isn't too noisy. There is a chef in the hotel club lounge who will do anything for you. My favorite dish is shrimp gratin! It is a very rich, creamy cheese and a superb dish with a rich shrimp broth and aroma.
