Nice store located in Omotesando/Aoyama.
Very bad experience with the staffs.
Bought this dress about 1.5 week ago and before paying noticed there were some stains on the dress so asked the staff to change it for me. Waited for 10 mins and she gave me this dress, note: she did not mention she didn’t change it.
I thought she changed it for me since she didn’t mention anything, paid, brought it home, let my helper wash and iron it.
Last weekend I wanted to wear it and noticed there were the same stains on it. It stroke me that the staff didn’t change the dress for me and didn’t even bother to tell me about it.
Since the dress is already washed and ironed, I asked my helper to use the laundry stain remover to remove the stains, then the color of the dress just got off and fabric started to break down.
Can’t believe they wasted my time on top I paid 15,000 yen for the dress. Never had such experience when I do shopping in Omotesando.
Wanted to call the shop and complain but with the condition (dress is washed and it’s been already more than a week) I guess I just have to give up.
Won’t go back again.
Other bad points: staffs are not helpful at all chatting in front of customers like they are in private no one is around when customers...
Read moreVisited June 8th, around 18.30. Queued for the fitting room on 2nd floor with husband, but we didn’t know men doesnt allow to enter the area (even just outside the fitting room). The staffs welcome me to try the clothes but unfortunately they asked my husband to leave. We live in japan and can speak some Japanese, but staff member only used hand gestures to indicate that my husband should leave! And she repeated the gesture several times without making eye contact, or even say sorry, sumimasen, gomennasai or anything. I love their products but the service at this branch are worst from the worst.
After i left fitting room, i saw several mens were going to try some clothes on the same area at 2nd...

The girl at the entrance refused to let me leave my wet umbrella at the entrance (you could learn from thousands of retail stores across Tokyo and Japan who are being considerate to customers arriving in rain and doing an exceptional service at their stores!) and instead asked me to carry it around in the store, even though it was wet!
Even the staff in the men’s section was disinterested to help. Naturally, I took my...
