I visited Bali Cafe Harajuku and had a wonderful experience. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, which made me feel very welcome. I ordered Nasi Campur Bali, and it was incredibly delicious and authentic—I truly felt like I was back in Bali.
The restaurant is clean and offers a wide variety of menu options. On my second visit, I ordered Bakso and Fried Tofu (a great choice for vegetarians), while my friend had Pecel Lele and Tempe Mendoan. Everything was absolutely delicious—we finished every bite! The sambal was especially flavorful and spicy, just the way it should be.
One thoughtful touch I really appreciated is that they have prayer rooms available for Muslim customers, which makes it a very welcoming place for everyone.
As an Indonesian who has been living abroad for almost 18 years, I can confidently say this is the best Indonesian food I’ve had since moving overseas. If you’re craving authentic Indonesian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting Bali Cafe Harajuku during your trip to Japan.
The location is super convenient—just across from Harajuku Station. And be sure to say hello to Bli Wayan—he’s a lovely person who always checks in to make sure everything is to your...

She was shockingly rude and even went so far as to threaten calling the police and the building manager.
We were left confused, embarrassed, and deeply uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing for her behavior, another man—possibly a different staff member—came out to offer an apology on her behalf. But the damage was done, and frankly, the apology should have come from her.
If you value respectful treatment and a welcoming atmosphere, I strongly recommend...
Read morecame here with friend because I already know “Kuta Bali” branch in Hachioji and thought the quality is same. Turn out the experience was really bad and I felt sorry inviting my friend to eat here.
We waited almost for 1 hour until our food was delivered, yet the food was cold. The taste was also really bland and not delicious at all.
The worst part is they didn’t seem to care about customer. My friend has shrimp allergy, that’s why i asked to 2 waitress about the sambals. But they just replied coldly with “all use shrimp paste”with arrogant manner. No solution or suggestions on other variant we can order. This really makes me embarrassed in front my friend. Probably won’t...
