I came here in 2018 while visiting Tokyo and had one of the best haircuts. Fast forward 7 years, I’m back in Tokyo and wanted to get another cut at Toni&Guy. I was assigned to a stylist named Sarah—and she went above and beyond what I was looking for. I gave Sarah a general idea of what I wanted but I also let her to do whatever she thought might look good. I also opted for the additional Spa option that includes a scalp massage and wow, Sarah gave one of the best massages that I almost fell asleep haha. I highly recommend Sarah— and the entire staff were so nice and welcoming.

Makoto completely ruined and destroyed my hair! I got my hair dyed here and he used such harsh products my hair snapped off, broke and fell out! Ive now had to have my hair cut off to an incredibly short style which i dont want with many layers due to ther terrible condition and damage my hair was left in. Its going to take 2 years for my hair to grow back due to his lack of skills and selfishness with only being concerned about the result instead of the care and quality of my hair. I would advise to avoid this place...

I had my hair cut with Sarah and had one of the best experiences getting my hair done. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job on my hair. Sarah spoke great english and was very detail oriented, making sure it was perfect and what I wanted. She recommended things for my hair type and explained everything she used on my hair. She was also very gentle. Overall, beautiful salon with welcoming, friendly staff. Definitely book...
