Shinjuku Washington Hotel serve a breakfast buffet in their Manhattan Table restaurant on Level 25 from 6.30AM-10.30AM (last entry at 10.00AM). There was a good selection of western and Japanese options available. Highly recommend the window seats with views of the surrounding area. Service was efficient and friendly. Non-hotel guests are welcome. The price for walk-ins increased from JPY 2200 to JPY 3300 in December 2024 so the value is not as good as before. I choose the Manhattan from which you then get offered different dishes with that menu, fish or beef etc. The service was friendly and attentive, and the meals were delivered reasonable quick. This is a fancy restaurant on the last floor of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. You can eat good food, and the price is obviously explained by the quality of the food and service: excellent. This restaurant serves good beef, and also Wagyu Beef A-5 grade, which I recommend. You can expect about 7-10 k JPY price range per person.
