Matsuya Ryogoku — Restaurant in Tokyo

I have used many different Matsuya and so far this is worst one. It’s considered as a fast food shop but slow to clean finished table so that customers can’t get table, some customers take a table which isn’t ready yet but no one come to clean the table and then a no one come to take your order order middle of lunch time. Slow to serve. unclean, restrooms hand wash tab is so dirty. Table, floor, wall and dish tray all unclean. And lastly, no even a little hospitality or not an attitude of dealing with “customer”, probably live stock get much better care from people. BUT it’s close to the station and cheapest lunch place along this street that’s why I still sometimes come with a little expectation of something get better but no. It seems like a Japanese shift leader isn’t well communicating with other. One Japanese staff and not well trusted from them causing everything...

great if you want a really fast and really cheap bite to eat. meals come out to be$4-$7 USD right now. for those with anxiety due to not knowing the language it's perfect for you, touch screen in English to order everything and they the staff...
