I tried Tadokoro Shoten, which is a miso ramen specialty restaurant, and overall I’d give it three stars. The deluxe ramen was just so-so for me—the broth was creamy and had some earthy miso flavor, but nothing really stood out. The noodles were chewy and the toppings were generous, but I didn’t find the combination especially memorable.
