A friendly greeter did take us up to the seating floors in the elevator when they saw that we had a pushchair.
For folks with accessability needs: be aware that while there are 2 upstairs floors, the elevator only goes to one of them, you are expected to use the stairs for the other floor and there is a big step up after using the elevator.
There was no available seating and we could not access the other floor, so we left.

This McDonald’s covers three floors. The first floor is the ordering counter without seating. Two self-service kiosks are on the second floor, but no cash payment available. Toilets and the majority of seating are also located here. Unfortunately, the elevator doesn’t serve the second floor, so if you’ve got large suitcases, you’ll have to take the stairs. It does go to the third floor, but the dining area is small with 19 seats.

There are language barriers. They respond in English but they don't understand what you're saying very well.
