McDonald's Shin-Okubo Nishi — Restaurant in Tokyo

Our order ALWAYS COME WRONG! Literally always! Once I got iced tea of another customer but just noticed when I reached my destination. I often see orders getting switched -not only ours. Then they hear the wrong name of burger - double cheese burger turns cheese burger then this burger turns out be this burger. Luckily I haven't paid extra for the wrong burger. They don't automatically offer you sugar, milk or lemon for tea. I have to go down again to take. I will understand if it was catsup but how how will u drink ur coffee or tea without milk and sugar? The fries are always dark and items are substandard. One time the guy next to me threw all the fries because it was overfried. The worst is the gomi box is...

Very poor and quite shocking considering McDonald's in Japan is of high quality. The staff were slow to take my order, and had a limit of amount of ketchup you can have. The is the first I've heard about McDonald's limiting the ketchup gain. I asked for X amount and the staff member was about the give me the amount I requested until the manager stepped in a strong armed me without giving me a genuine explanation. Obviously just saw a foreigner and say no. This is an atrocious price of customer service considering he is supposedly a manager. Think this chain needs to rethink of who the promote and give the proper customer service training they should...

Visited this outlet twice during our stay in Shin-Okubo area.

This store does not have a menu in English. However, they do have English translation on the digital board above the counter for us to refer to. The staff were all polite and patient with us despite us not being local.

During one of my visits, the staff also kindly explained and apologized that one of the items we ordered was not available. They offer to change it to another item on the menu.
