This McDonalds is absolutely awful, and by far the worst I've had in Japan. The standards and quality are extremely low. Both times I've visited, the fries had no salt and the portion was under served. The large fries had less than small fries at other stores. The chips were also soggy and served cold. They also forgot to include sauce on my Big Mac, and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Staff there were also rude and clearly disorganized. It's obvious none of them are properly trained, and they all clearly don't care about their job. The store is also filthy inside which makes it disgusting to sit. Avoid this McDonalds. It's terrible.

On first impressions: greeted by a staff member with good English skills! So, I presume thats for flocks of tourists. Service at that point was great. I asked for 2 ketchups… only got 1 after waiting 15 mins or more!!! so busy! so, if you want quick service! this Mcdonalds at peak is slow. The eating area at ground level was ok and relaxing. Food was ok, fries hot, burger… luke warm! so… yeah. But it can't be helped, due to the location, and tourists… it's unavoidable that the service will suffer. And their kitchen seems small for the demand it takes on.

I left out in tears… The most rudest and racist treatment I have ever received in Japan. I had bought food from the store and wanted to throw rubbish out that I have been holding on the streets for hours. This woman told me implicitly to ā€œget outā€ and ā€œleaveā€ the store because I had rubbish from another store and pointed at the door. And I am saying in an aggressive way that made me never want to go to McDonald’s in Japan again. She also pointed at my friend who did nothing wrong… This woman cannot treat foreigners like this. Woman had short hair that was tied up. I honestly did cry . Don’t come to such a rude place šŸ˜”šŸ˜. I have lived in Japan for more than 3 years and this has never happened. When I was with my Japanese family I had been treated better. With my foreign friend in Japan who did nothing wrong, we got...

We enjoy trying McDonald's when we travel to appreciate the local differences. We are so very satisfied with the Japanese version. First apart from fries we can select edamame and corn. And we had a huge choice for drinks. My wife chose a milkshake which is longer available for us back home. I had my hot latte. And we appreciate the small or medium size. We are not fans of gigantic portions. There was a lot of seating at this outlet. And the table service was extremely fast. We felt bad after watching the staff go up and down the stairs (we were at the basement) and kinda wished we had chosen to collect the food ourselves. Satisfying meal the japanese style chicken burger was tasty and...
