This was once a favourite of mine, and I've been going here for years. However in recent years the portions of meat are shrinking significantly, while the prices are shooting up.

If it's your first time, you can definitely enjoy it. The food is tasty, and most of the staff are kind.

However one staff member's attitude is bad. When I asked why they no longer have a particular chicken dish on the menu, he told me they never served it at this restaurant (despite other reviewers uploading photos of it!). I have eaten it there countless times.

Very good value Negishi restaurant serving very good quality grilled beef tongue.

Tongue was grilled very well, lightly salted , tender and very flavorful. Set lunch was inexpensive and service was prompt and friendly.

Restaurant takes reservations and accepts major credit cards.

Might be busy during peak timings usually filling with with locals and tourist.

Plenty of small establishments dotted around Ebisu so save space...
