Came here with my and my girlfriend for an hour before closing on a weekday. Was very quiet when we were there - only a couple of Japanese and we were joined by a European family.
Compared to our car cafe in London (wookie!!!) it was a lot more relaxed and the cats seemed a lot less bothered. They would still avoid you, but this is because they are cats. If you were patient and let them get used to your presence and come to you, they were very curious and friendly. Cat food helped a lot (the cat food we fed them seemed like freshly roasted meat!)
The best thing is the lady there was absolutely lovely and spoke very good English - good for us as us were bad and didn't study much before coming out here.
We're going to try and drop by again before we leave since the mancoons are just so awesome, relaxed and chilled.
Buying a drink could be a downer - but it's a cafe too! Enjoy a nice drink...

There are no windows, and poor ventilation. The cats are friendly, but are mostly interested in sleeping (rightfully so, they’re probably stressed out). I am a fan of cat cafes in general, but I think this one could do a little more to provide for the mental wellbeing of the animals. All-in-all I left feeling a little sad for the cats, and...
Read moreThis is the first Cat Cafe we went to in Tokyo. The place is cozy, warm, and quiet. The cats are well maintained, super cute, and they varies in size. One of the cats seems to weight 15 lb. We stayed there for half an hour and the cost was about 660 Yen per person and you must purchase a drink. The drink ranges between 350 yen to 500 yen. The drink is small compared to Canada. The place is air conditioned but I wish it's a little bit colder. The cafe has a little bit of cat smell. If you want a cat to play with you, purchase some food and they will come to you...
