Nicolai Bergmann NOMU — Restaurant in Tokyo

5 stars for environment/ambience, 3.5 stars for food (expensive and not that great). It’s definitely a gorgeous space, with wonderful natural light and tons of flowers, plants, etc.

I went quite early on a Saturday, so it wasn’t crowded at all, and I didn’t have to wait. I would say the food is definitely not worth waiting for, but I’d come visit just to admire the flora!!

I lived in Tokyo for many years and loved coming here for their dream cake and delicious coffee!

But mostly for the incredible honor of spending time among the most beautiful flowers!

The tablescapes and the wall of the cafe were always decorated exquisitely and in season.

Visiting Tokyo last week, I ran to Nomu to experience the magic again. Sadly the tables escapes were replaced by vases and the wall was a scattering of rose petals stuck on.

I miss the old Nomu dedicated to giving the most exquisite sensory experience to those that step through...

都内でお勧めのカフェ@表参道 ニコライバーグマンカフェに行ってきたので感想をば

あー、どもども 爽太です( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

今日はフラワーアーティストの巨匠　ニコライバーグマンのカフェに行ってきました♪ いや、もうね、入口から世界観作られておりましてですね カフェ界のディズニーランドと言っても過言ではない！

そのくらいニコライバーグマンの領域に引き込まれます。 まさにニコライバーグマンの領域展開！！！ フラワーアレンジメントの必中である。

外観 表参道駅より歩くこと数分・・・・ニコライバーグマンの文字を冠すカフェが現れます。 特筆すべきは・・・やはり看板をとりまく植物達の配置である。

なんだろう。 心安らぐ自然の中にニコライバーグマンのカフェの看板文字を見る。 このアングル！！！それがいい♪

入口を導く、この緑たち！！！ いや、緑だけでなく、所々でピンクの花たちも訪問者を招いてくれている・・・ なんだこの景色は！？流石に壮観なり（心の声：ブリーチを彷彿させるセリフ！？）

内観 カフェにはフラワーアレンジメントショップも併設されております。 いや、むしろこっちがメインで、カフェが併設（おまけ）なのか！？

祝い事や気分が”最高にハイ！！！”ってやつのときは華を飾るのがベストなんだろう。 彼女や奥さんへのお祝い・プレゼントを添えてあげれば長井もビックリ、間違いない！！！

オシャンティーなフラワーアレンジメントの数々に爽太も驚きを隠せない。

いや、正直なところ、フラワーアレンジメントとかの趣味はないよ？ でも、素人でも見てるだけで楽しいし、凄さは伝わるし、何よりも気分が高揚します。

この空間を彩るアレンジメントには、素人を領域に引き込む、それだけの凄みがあるッ！！！ （呪術廻戦からのジョジョ！？）

カフェ内観 コンクリート打ちっぱなしの建物にこのデザインである。 お洒落カフェの醸し出す雰囲気にテンションも高まる。

うーむ。ケーキが実に美味しそうであります。

座席はこんな感じです。 各テーブルにはフラワーアレンジメントが置いてあるという神ぶり。 こんなテーブルでお茶するとか癒しでしかない。

現代美術館を彷彿させる壁面アート。 な、なんだこの空間は・・・た、たまらん♪
