Top notch service, delicious Japanese food, and drinks. Reserved the ladies lunch special online. Comes with an appetizer, array of meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, dessert, and coffee or tea. It was a lot of food! The mango pudding and seasonal dessert was so good too! I think it was 2600 yen +tax and a small service fee since it's inside the Keio Plaza Hotel. Also great 15th floor view of Mt. Fuji if it's sunny and you're lucky enough to get a window seat. Went for my mom's birthday lunch and checked birthday for family on the online form. I didn't expect much because they didn't say anything when we arrived but to our surprise they brought out a cute birthday dessert plater. The tables are socially distanced, and servers are masked up with gloves in their Kimonos. Their hospitality, service, and food presentation was perfect! 母に日頃のお礼をするのに待たされたりしたくないので事前に予約してお店へ。なのに随分待たされて先付が出てきたら、そのあとずーっとスタッフすら来ない。確かに平日にしては割と混んでいたけど、予約の人を待たせるって何？予約していない同じタイミング位で入った人の方がさっさと料理来てたのはコースが違うからでしょうけど、予約したのにねぇ。 やーっと次の食事が来たと思ったら「今日はお寿司（私たちの頼んだもの）が立て込んでて」って言うけど、だから予約入れたのになんで？せめて待たせる前に一言言いにくるようなスタッフの質もない。 これは私のうっかりでもあるけど、料理が来てからわさびが全然ダメな私がサビ抜き頼み忘れたと気付いたけど時既に遅し。「入口でアレルギーについて尋ねませんでしたか？その時言ってくだされば」と言われたけど、アレルギーじゃないから。他の同等位のお店だったらわさびのことも聞いてくれる。ここは本...

オンライン予約をしてランチで利用しました。 今回は誕生日のお祝いの旨を事前に連絡しました。 お箸は寿のものにしてくれ、デザートにメッセージプレートも準備していただけました。

今回は季節のものが食べられる3000円のお膳を注文しました。 ホテルの15階で食べられるという価値を入れるとアリかな、と思うかんじでした。 すごく美味しい！というものはありませんでしたが、全体的に見映えがよく、会食の席にはちょうどいいと思いました。
