Let me start by saying I’ve been to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hokkaido, and Fukuoka, exploring some of the best sushi spots, including Michelin-starred restaurants. But among them all, Nishi-azabu Kamikura in Tokyo truly stands out.
What makes this place so special? The rice. Oh. My. God. The balance was just so damn perfect it elevated the fish in a way that made us appreciate every bite even more. The texture, the temperature, absolute perfection.

Highly recommend this place for a memorable...
