Sushi Ten Nishiazabu — Restaurant in Tokyo

I'm positive this was one of the best dinner experiences I had in my whole life and these are the reasons why: albeit the linguistic barrier, the chef and the super attentive waitress managed to guide me through the experience making me and my wife comfortable during the whole session; the super curated interior elevated the experience, with a well refined furniture and the possibility to seat over the counter (absolutely suggested to make a reservation for that); the quantity of the food was satisfactory, with roughly a dozen of different dishes I was provided with; the elegant but chatty ambience made the dinner cozy and not excessively rigid; the ability of the amazing chef and the possibility to watch him prepare the whole dinner was an outstanding experience; THE FOOD WAS GREAT and each dish completely blew our mind. We stopped by shortly after Sushi 10 opened with out a reservation and they were able to fit us in for a tasting. I have never had any sushi nearly as good as this. I’m afraid I will never be able to appreciate other sushi again because those were simply just too exceptional. The price is high but it’s worth it.
