No.8 PIZZERIA — Restaurant in Tokyo

As a foodie I have always wanted to try here and I was ready for the usual no crust, underneath burnt or sloppy sauce but NOOOO. I literally cannot fault this place. Cozy, friendly. The pizza was prepared and cooked perfectly! I had two pizzas just to see if one is lucky but no both perfect. The technique of preparing the dough, the cook, the sauce. I would give 7 stars if I could. If you like good food, go there. A little gem in Hachioji....

ランチ時間に伺いました。お料理はとても美味しかったのですが、何より接客が丁寧で素晴らしかったです！電話対応からお見送りまで完璧でした。店内出てしばらく歩いて振り向いた時にスタッフ数名がお店の前で見送ってくれていました。感謝。

ピッツァはトマトベースとチーズベース1枚ずつオーダーしたのですがチーズがしつこくなくて食べやすかったです。あとメインではないですがサラダのドレッシングが美味しい。（おかわりしたいぐらいだった） 週末伺いましたが店内満席でしたので事前予約がよいかと思います。また伺いたいです。

I visited during lunchtime! The food was delicious, but more than anything, the service was exceptionally courteous and wonderful. Everything from the phone call to seeing us off was perfect. After we left the restaurant and had walked a bit, I turned around and saw several staff members still standing at the entrance, seeing us off. I really appreciated that.

We ordered one pizza with a tomato base and one with a cheese base—both were great, and the cheese wasn’t too heavy, making it easy to enjoy. Also, the salad dressing was surprisingly tasty.
