Kid friendly (kids meal) Dog friendly (seats outside) Bakery / cafe / Italian restaurant. I wish they were open at actual coffee/breakfast time so I could grab a cup in the morning... But they have very short hours. At the end of the day there's not much selection left so it's best to go early. The breads, the takeaway food and the restaurant food are all quite good for the price. Lasagna, Bolognese, paella - thumbs up from the kids too! Service is average, the staff don't seem to smile much and they don't seem to really look at what's going on in the restaurant. Overall a good choice if you're in the area!

The bread shop has some good breads and pastries. The restaurant is ok. I had the deer and some of my wife's duck and they tasted very similar and had a gritty texture like liver. On a different visit I tried the hamburger, the cheese and caramelized onions were good but the weird pesto nut topping wasn't to my liking. The shrimp pasta my wife had was ok but could use...

It is a lovely little place to enjoy a cup of Joe with the view of the canal. Unfortunately, the service is only limited to what they sell, as they don’t provide the use of the bin or electricity. Maybe it's a cultural gap or something that translates perfectly...
