Oreno French Kagurazaka — Restaurant in Tokyo

As with other reviewers, I suggest avoiding Uber eats orders from this restaurant. Despite my request for a rare steak on the order, what arrived had been fried to inedible grey leather. When I phoned to ask about this, I was offered no apology and was told that the shop cooked medium-rare as standard, and that it must have “overheated in the delivery driver’s bag”. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told both the manager and the chef were “not in today”…. They asked to phone me back...

The service was horrible. Avoid.

The water tastes like dishwasher water and the waitress dropped some of the beef slices and not only did she not apologize, we never received a compensation.

The price is indeed fair, but you get less than you paid for. the meat is only decent at best and the duck was drowned in sauce.. Stay clear of the crab🦀 risotto. Terrible and watery.
