This place is pretty but the reception person is rude and unpleasant
I went to here to get my diploma as soon as the place opened and the receptionist looked already busy doing phone call, so I was waiting for 10mins, and the other person came and took the waiting ticket and realized that I forgot to take one. so the other person took the first but I thought I could explain about it, anyway it was just to take my diploma so it should take short, and after waiting for more 5mins of her doing phonecall, I asked her about the reason why I came and she said, “wait for your turn” and I explained I came to the first but I forgot to take and she said still “wait” didn’t listen to me, and completely ignored me the she went to the other person. Then the other person also agreed and supported for me that I was the one who came the first. So the receptionist came back to me without saying sorry. And it was a rainy day and she just gave me the dipolma paper without any protection… so I had to ask the clear file and she gave me. (Which was nice) Anyway, as a result, it was ok because I got what I wanted but still it was not a pleasant experience that she was just not listening to people and I felt that this is something that I should write here as a feedback . I understand that she is the only one who deals with everything there so I guess it comes...
