I recently had the pleasure of dining at Owan, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The restaurant offers a casual ambiance that instantly puts you at ease, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal.

ちょうど良い和食と酒の店

246の南側の路地・通称旧道沿い 久しぶりに行くと、静かで目立たない佇まいで、お店の場所を見失いそうになる

ガラス張りで店内も覗けるが、店内に入ると、ゆったりとしたコの字型のカウンターにオープンキッチンは、いつ来ても心地良い

基本アラカルトの店だが、旬菜の盛合せと、刺身の盛合せがあるお陰で、いろいろ続けるのがちょうど良くて嬉しい、この二品頼んでおいて、その後に、ゆっくりと季節のメニューやメインの品を選ぶのがオススメ

一見ストイックな職人風だが実は気さくでフレンドリーな女性店長は、料理しながらも会話もしっかり相手してくれて、お隣の方とも少しお話出来た、一年ぶりぐらいに来たのに、私の事・逸話を良く覚えていてくれるのも、嬉しい

今回は、昆布締めした平目が一番印象に残った…かなり水分が抜けて凝縮感があり、一瞬昆布そのものを食べているのではないかと思うぐらいの濃厚な昆布の香りと独特の食感だった

時折、目立ったメニューはあるけど、基本は季節の素材を使った和食がちょうど良い分量で出てくる

〆でご飯系に行っても良いし、肴系を追加してもっと飲んでも良い

ちょうど良いお店、また来ます
