Well … there is a short back story … we were in Japan for almost a month having all kinds of hiking, cycling, foodie, cultural, adventurous activities including all different kinds of wonderful Japanese cuisine (Michelin stars to street food and everything in between), but there came a point where we just wanted delicious pasts or pizza. We stayed at the Celestine Hotel and came across this wonderful Italian restaurant … so good and so easy … here comes the confession … we ate there on four occasions! We had fabulous service, super hot pasta, a delicious 8 vegetable salad with fresh delicate greens and the dessert was to die for - gelato or their strawberry pastry. We had wonderful service from Akira - he was always there it seemed! Anyway, definitely worth a meal (or two) especially if you are craving some authentic Italian cuisine. PS They had a red wine by the glass - whatever was open - and we enjoyed a glass from the vines of Montepulciano region of Italy. Enjoy and say hello to Akira from the two friends...
Read moreEnglish inform is the bottom↓ 旅行中で近くに滞在していて、外に子供用の椅子があったのでここのイタリアンに行きました。店に入る前に「ベビーカーで赤ちゃんが居るんですけど入れますか?」と確認したにも関わらず、店員の態度が総じて最悪でした。一度赤ちゃん用にお湯を頼んだらものすごく嫌そうに持ってこられました。嫌なら嫌と最初に言えば良いと思います。それでも最後に「ご迷惑おかけしてすみません」と会計時に伝えたら、店長らしき方が「いえ」とだけ慇懃無礼に言い、更に退店時も「ありがとうございました」の一言すらありませんでした。ちなみに我が子は泣きもせず、特に迷惑はかけていません。ただ30分そこに座って、お湯を貰っただけです。ご飯についてですが、4品頼みましたが(2人ですが気を遣って)達筆すべき点がありません。至って普通な割にいい値段取るなくらいです。ホテルに入ってるのでもう少し美味しいと思ったんですけどね。海外在住者で、旅行中毎日レストラン行きましたが、本当にここが最低でした。
I’ve been there while our trip and we’ve gone to many restaurants in Tokyo, but I can tell you here is exactly the worst restaurant! The taste is nothing special, the hospitality is really sucks! We were with a 10 months baby and a baby car. At the first we saw some children sheets at outside of the restaurant, then we asked “could we come with a baby and a baby car in? Is that okay?” They said okay, but actually they weren’t okay. During our stay in there, they were disrespectful for us that seems “Get away” However we tried politely talking them at the last. With paying I apologized causing trouble, the manager said just “Ah” You know because of we just 30 minutes in there with a baby!! Also I can say my baby was nothing crying nothing made them problems!! Unbelievable such a arrogant people and they’ve forgotten somewhen they also...
Read more3 of us ate here at our last night in Tokyo. Sadly the waiter was ice cold, got our order wrong and didn't bother to apologize. The only good thing about the meal was the salad which had a very tasty vinaigrette and fresh lettuce. The rest of the meal was poor. Please avoid and I hope the waiter...
