Only hand drip, cold brew and ‘latte’
I had cold ‘latte’ which is cold brew mix in with milk.
I usually order hot but they dont have an espresso machine so when asked they said they heat up cold brew and add milk (not foamed). That sounds like a recipe for disaster, heating cold brew will dilute the flavour even more and they should call it au lait if it is not foamed.
Only a woman worked that day and so it took quite a long time for a cold brew au lait.
on the side they kindly gave me service of the ethiopian beans cold brew since I was interested in knowing the original flavour. Appreciate the generosity.
I am not usually picky with coffee but it was the most diluted, unworthy 900 yen ever spent on coffee.
We chose the place on a saturday and since they had outside seating under the sun, we tried it. But it was a very pretentious store, the overall vibe and people they try to attract.

Arrived a little before 4PM.
They have a beautiful layout with indoor and outdoor seating. There is a small gallery adjacent to the cafe.
Decently large selection of beans.
I asked for which beans were better iced. The barista promptly gave her recommendations.
I chose the Panama geisha. When it arrived, I immediately smelled its floral nature. The flavors were a mix of fruity and floral.
It was so good, that I ordered a second cup but from Ethiopia. What stood out with the second cup was how relaxing it was.
I enjoyed my short afternoon coffee at Pharos.

Cold brew latte is actually cold brew coffee which you pour the milk into the cold brew coffee. The hand drip coffee they use the method something like pour over.
