Difficult to get large sizes for westerners in Japan but this place had a reasonable selection. The staff was all very helpful Suzuki san was very patient and explained all the boot options and fittings and other issues. Mei san was very patient and helpful with the ski wear, explaining quality, fabric types, goggle features, etc.
I had planned on shopping around more, but all their prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other shops I was in, the staff was very nice, and they had a good selection. I'd definitely come back.

Had I been helped or even looked at by a store associate I would have most likely made the purchase. This is not the customer service I have come to...
