One of the few American restaurants in Tokyo, and the only one specializing in American BBQ afaik. Make no mistake though, the staff only speak Japanese, and it's pretty local seeming. I came for lunch, which is apparently where the dinner left overs go from what I could gather. I had a pulled pork and a brisket melt. Both were solid, but the brisket melt was the obvious winner please go for that. They like to burn the bread here, perhaps for a more smokey flavor but I didn't love it honestly. Cool spot, very DIY garage feel, with nice music playing in the background. I was told to come back for dinner where the cooking is fresh, so I'll probably do that at some point.

And the macaroni was so cheesy and delicious. I definitely want to go back and try some of their other offerings. They are associated with Cicada Brewery, so there are lots of good beer options too. It’s a bit pricey, but that’s kinda the norm for bbq in Tokyo.

Nice place, the bbq meats (sausage, ribs, brisket) are all excellent. It is much more a North American style than Japanese, which is very much appreciated.

Note, the food and beer are technically separate restaurants/entities, so there are two...
