One of the few American restaurants in Tokyo, and the only one specializing in American BBQ afaik. Make no mistake though, the staff only speak Japanese, and it's pretty local seeming. I came for lunch, which is apparently where the dinner left overs go from what I could gather. I had a pulled pork and a brisket melt. Both were solid, but the brisket melt was the obvious winner please go for that. They like to burn the bread here, perhaps for a more smokey flavor but I didn't love it honestly. I actually came for the brisket sandwich, but they only serve it for lunch, so I had to pivot on my order. I got the 1/4 pound brisket with a side of macaroni and cheese. The brisket was nice and tender and full of flavor, and the bbq sauce was fantastic. I wanted to drench the meat in it. And the macaroni was so cheesy and delicious.
