It is simple, it is savory, it is beefy, and most importantly, it is absolutely delicious. I have zero complaints about their pho — it hits all the right notes. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender, and the noodles are cooked just right. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The portion sizes are generous, and the presentation is clean and consistent. The herbs and garnishes are always fresh, which adds that extra layer of brightness to the bowl.
While the place may not look like much from the outside — a true hole-in-the-wall kind of vibe — the food more than makes up for it. The line can get long during peak hours, but it tends to move quickly, and the staff is efficient and friendly. The seating is limited, but the atmosphere is cozy and authentic. It feels like you’re stepping into a little corner of Vietnam.
If you’re a pho lover, or even if you’re new to it, this place is worth the visit. You’ll leave satisfied and maybe even craving more. Authenticity is at its finest here, and I highly recommend coming to try it...
Read moreIgnore the diva who gave a 1 star review. This place is amazing. They have one thing - Hanoi style beef pho. It is delicious. I don’t do lines. But here, I will wait in line. I’ve been there three times in a week. The pho is broth is clean, bright and absolutely delicious. Typical wait times are about 15 minutes. You order from a machine - have your Google translate ready because there is no English option. Eat in or take out? Regular or large size? No cilantro? Extra beef or veggies? Raw egg? Pay with cash or Suica. I stood behind someone who had his Google lens open but instead of using it called the staff over to help him with every decision. And then repeated the same thing for his friend. Don’t be that person. If you’re tired of ramen and love pho, this is the...
Read moreWhen the staff served me my food, she "asked" me me to move to another seat cuz there was a couple waiting even though there were other customers sitting down waiting for their food and should have been moved before me.
Without waiting for my reply, she simply moved my order to another seat, as if I had no choice.
So disrespectful.
Killed my experience dining there even though the food was decent.
She should have asked another customer who hasn't been served yet as they say long long after I did.
There are many other good Pho alternatives in Shinjuku and it won't cost you 960 jpy.
The server also forgot to bring me the lime I requested and I had to remind her verbally when she was cleaning up the table next to me...... 😑😑😑
Really bad...
