Upon first sip, the first thing I noticed was the fish stock. It hit me like a ton of bricks since I wasn't expecting it. The fish stock then faded into the background. The chicken then became prominent, along with the strong, but subtle punch of red wine. The pork stock is very similar, but the blends of different shoyus added a nice salinity and complexity. My favorite ramen thus far in Tokyo! We got the spicy miso and soy sauce ramen, with add ons. The staff was very attentive, and gave us a dual-language menu, and even brought me a stain-removing wipe! Both ramen broths were amazing—great balance of flavors—and I wanted to finish my soup even though I was so full. The flavors of the egg and menma were especially nice too. 【2101訪問】 前回醤油を注文したので今回は辛味噌らーめん。何やら元東方神起のジェジュンやユチョンが来日時に良く食べていたメニューだそうです。いやー、めちゃめちゃ旨かった。寒い日に食べるべきラーメン。

・麺:中細〜細麺ストレートで歯切れの良いタイプ。香月系の標準。前回デフォで柔めだったので硬め申告。大盛でも200gちょい位に感じました。 ・汁:チゲ鍋のようなピリ辛味噌スープ。表面に浮いている背脂が絶妙に味のバランスをとっています。ニンニクが効いていてめちゃめちゃコクがあります。ニンジン/大根/ニラを混ぜた辛味噌に通常の味噌スープを合わせて小鍋で煮込んでました。このスープでご飯食べたら最高だろうな。 ・具:短冊チャーシュー、もやし、ワカメ、人参、大根、ニラ。前半3つは後のせ。チャーシューはホロホロで脂身もあって旨い。人参と大根が食感のアクセントになっています。

最高に美味しかったです。恐らく自家製であろう辛味噌が旨いのだと思います。韓国料理が好きな方に是非オススメ。韓流スターが好むのがよく分かります。接客のお姉さんも愛嬌があって素敵でした。土地柄かラーメンもトッピングもお値段高めなのが唯一残念。最近値上げしたみたいです。
