i agree with the previous review this restaurant is scammy

we visited the resto dinner time and consist of 6adults 8 kids we are charged at per 30mins rate on the videoke and all of us are required to order drinks our bill reach a whopping 43k yen in total in the private room

even though the resto is empty still we are being brought to the private room

overall all food is not that great for the price because the only delicious thing is the cheese dip

service is bad .we are many and did not gave extra menu. they are not giving any food recommendation on the menu.

place is old and dirty almost at hk dirty girl pub bar

waiter even got angry at us for getting the menu on other room

the manager is good ok pr only and did not explain clearly the private room per hour rate

nope the food hall is empty when we got there.

my japanese friend told us that this is the recommended korean resto 5 years ago that is why he recommend it to us.

yes the kids enjoyed the karaoke.

but the food 5 years ago told us is great

the restaurant when we got there is not full you could just have seated us on the public seating area. NOT ON THE PRIVATE ROOM!!! you said its full BUT ITS NOT! WHEN WE LEFT. the common dining area is not full. but 2-3 tables are occupied. PLEASE I AM NOT LYING 6 adults 4 teens 2 toddlers...

Honestly I'm only giving this two stars because the food was pretty good. Service was absolutely the worst in the whole two weeks we spent in Japan, we sat down at maybe 10:30 when they close at 12 and we were rushed through the menu and basically forced to order only chicken for the fondue. Someone came in after us and got to leisurely look through their menu without any rush from the server that we received.. very odd. He got to order whatever he wanted from the menu while we were restricted to just chicken and fondue? Overall, I'm SURE there are better places to get actual fondue in this area as this was the last one to come up when searching for fondue near me just so I could write this review. And they just used a cheese that melted but was not like fondue...

The food was amazing really, And i like that each rooms has it's own theme but the main problem was a service, although I'll give them some slack because im pretty sure they didn't expect that a large group like us which was more than 10 people came in, but they gave us a room that had a broken grill and they didn't inform us that 1 of the 3 grills was broken so we ordered a lot but while in the middle of cooking the pork they informed us that the 3rd grill is broken but we ordered a lot of food that needs to be cooked so we loss a lot of valuable time because we didn't get to cook the food at the same time, overall tho the food was soooo amazing, the service ice cream was really good too, would recommend if you come and you're a...
