The food is lame except the lobster salad, while the tasting could be subject to individuals, the lobster is fresh, sweet and still alive when it was presented to us.
However I have some questions regarding the mains… the pork tomahawk doesn’t do it justice, it was overcooked and dry, to the degree that it’s almost inedible.
The wagyu was really thinly sliced, which again make it over cooked.
My other issue is this - i tripped over in my room and had 27 stitches on my head. The servant asked me to take the hat down. Hello, you are a new restaurant, with over priced food, and not Michelin-starred. An experienced restaurant should ask the guests if it’s ok to take the hat down and also ask if there’s an issue under the hat. I was literally “ordered” to take it down. My doctor instructed me to leave the hat on to fix the wound at least the 2 weeks.
I didn’t want to make a scene so I just did they wanted me to do. Does it make you happy, Rossi?
Apologies if my review seems harsh, but if Rossi is reading this, you know there are rooms for improvement.

なんだかわくわくして、いつもと違うセレクトをしちゃったな💞1人だと量を調整してくださいます。
メインはハーフサイズにしていただきました🍽️ 本当に美味しかったのでラム2本でもよかったかも🤭🐑 ライブ感溢れるオープンキッチンでは、食材の新鮮さが最も際立つ本場イタリアの調理法で提供してくださいます。
サービスも心地良くてゆったりと時間を過ごせます。

The first shop of 2025 is "Rossi", located on the 20th floor of Aoyama Grand Hotel in Gaienmae, which is perfect for special occasions such as anniversaries.
The ingredients used are seasonal and are delivered from all over the country every day. Before cooking, they show you the main ingredients on a show plate 💡Even though it's New Year's, they have a great selection☺️✨✨
I was excited and made a different selection than usual 💞They adjust the portion size for one person.
I ordered a half-size main dish 🍽️ It was so delicious that I could have had two lamb sticks 🤭🐑 In the lively open kitchen, they serve authentic Italian cooking methods that bring out the freshness of the ingredients.
The service is also comfortable and you can spend your time relaxing.
It's a wonderful restaurant that will satisfy both your heart and your stomach, so I highly recommend it 😌🩵.
