The highlight - The Sabatini Spaghetti, prepared tableside, is a spectacle and a masterclass in flavor, perfectly al dente, rich, and bursting with fresh ingredients.
We were lucky enough to try almost every pasta on the menu in one sitting, and each dish had its own distinctive character, from delicate to robust, with nuanced sauces and premium ingredients. There was not a single miss; every plate was a standout.
The lamb chops were, without exaggeration, among the very best I’ve ever had in Tokyo, succulent, expertly seasoned, and grilled to absolute perfection.
The 1kg T-bone steak was another highlight that requires 2 hours preparation, cooked with a mastery that brought out diverse textures and flavors throughout the cut, a real journey for the palate.
Arrive early. The kitchen closes promptly at 20:30 with no exceptions, and we found ourselves wishing we’d arrived even sooner just to try more of the fantastic dishes on offer. Every bite left us wanting more.
Dessert was a fitting finale, the Tiramisu was sublime, creamy and balanced, and when paired with their decadent chocolate cake, it created a blissful ending to the meal. A true overload for anyone who loves classic Italian sweets.
