I asked for a mushroom pizza and the pizza came to be so difficult to eat because it was melting cheese and the toppings were slipping here and there over the pizza. A bit crowded and difficult to get attended soon. There was a baby with me but they didn't offer baby plates and spoons. I had to bring them myself. The place has robots serving food which could be a reason for the "difficult to get a staff situation". Though the staffs are helpful, managing crowds coming here from the nearby Tokyo dome is definitely going to be a bit hectic. Hence 4 stars...
