The ramen itself is decent but the highlight of this place was the chashu. What an amazing charred flavour! The pork rice side had the same wonderful flavour but in cubes of pork on top of rice. Would definitely recommend getting that as a side. Service might have been a bit on the slower side but the flavour more than makes up for it!

It was great and the “charred” taste of the chashu was unique and delicious. The bamboo shoots were really noteworthy as well. Very soft and delicious. My one gripe would be that I would’ve preferred the broth to be served a bit hotter.

しょっちゅう通っている場所なのに全く知らなかったこちらのお店、評価高いですね。良く分かりませんがジャニーズの写真が沢山貼ってあります。そして店内のBGMが古き日本を思い出させる感じでサムライの心を表している様です（笑）さて、事前にメニューを悩んだ末に今回は、ワンタンらーめん醤油にしました。まず、醤油の甘い香りがとても素敵です。スープ美味い！ワンタンがモチモチで美味いとカキコミも多かったですが、皮の厚みは普通だけど中の具が詰まっていてほんのり柚子風味で美味い！麺は硬めで、その分最後まで伸びないで食べられました。総合的に超美味かった！リピート必至！ 2021/12/03 2回目来ました。 12:30入店。相変わらず不思議なBGMの店内、今日はほぼ満席でした。カウンターのみで7席位なので埋まりやすいですね。昨日から迷った結果、今回は「白湯サムライラーメン醤油」に決めました。さぁ、白湯はどんな味でしょうか。前回と作っている人が違いますね。あれ？スープが熱くない…。寒いから冷めちゃったのでしょうか？麺が硬い…。前もこんなに硬かったかな。スープは特有のドロっとした感じですが美味しかった醤油とあまり仲良くない感じがします。チャーシューは自分の好みの部類でしたが脂が結構多いので白湯のドロドロと脂のネバネバで結構キマシタ（笑）独り言ですが、ラーメン屋さんなどでは使ったティッシュは食べたお皿などに入れないで出口付近にあるゴミ箱に捨てる様に心がけたいですね。ちなみにこちらのティッシュはカウンターの下にあります（笑）次回はシンプルな塩ワンタンにします！

It's a 3½⭐ but rounding down because there is room for improvement to 4⭐.

I like the the noodle style. A bit denser than others. Soy sauce broth is definitely better than the salt one. Good portion for the price. I really like how it's served at a temperature that lets you eat right away instead of scalding hot.
