My recent stay at this property exceeded all expectations, offering the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and Japanese hospitality. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a short walk from Ueno Station's Iriya exit, making it incredibly easy to navigate Tokyo's extensive rail network and explore the city's attractions.

The property truly shines when it comes to cleanliness, maintaining the high standards that Japan is famous for. Every corner of my room was impeccably maintained, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh bedding. The room itself was thoughtfully organized with clever storage solutions that made excellent use of the space – a particularly appreciated feature in Tokyo accommodations.

One of the biggest highlights was the exceptional staff. Despite my limited Japanese, the front desk team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering helpful recommendations and assistance with navigating the neighborhood. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay.

The surrounding area is a treasure trove of conveniences. Within a few minutes' walk, I found multiple convenience stores (including 7-Eleven and Family Mart), local restaurants serving delicious Japanese cuisine, and several coffee shops. The proximity to Ueno Park was an unexpected bonus, perfect for morning walks and experiencing seasonal festivities.

The room itself was a model of efficiency and comfort. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the WiFi was consistently fast, and the bed provided excellent support after long days of exploring. The bathroom, though compact, was well-designed with great water pressure and always-reliable hot water.

Stayed for a week - no regrets. Room as advertised: we had the base "standard family room" and we had plenty of room for 2. lots of room for luggage, plus storage under beds to slide suitcases. Lots of floor space, drawers for clothing, hangers/ pole for clothing. Very clean. Housekeeping halfway thru as it's more of an apartment-stay arrangement but we had plenty of clean fluffy towels, and they will remove any garbage you leave outside (leave outside btw. 7am - noon). Plenty of outlets, and USB charger outlets at bedside. Room had great air conditioning with easy to use remote. Really nice to have the table for 4 to use. Good size fridge and the freezer - stayed icy cold. Nice bathroom with storage space, hair dryer, scale. Bathroom has a wet room as well (separated by a door) with THE strongest shower pressure and the most epic, relaxing, very very deep soaking tub. Very nice & accommodating staff. You use a code for the elevator and for your room - so no need for a key card. They were able to store our luggage for us on checkout as we had some time before our flight - they provide you a little plastic number to turn back in for your luggage. Fabulous service when we were leaving- it was raining and they pulled out umbrellas and held them over us while they wheeled our luggage out to the car. So kind & friendly. Very nice neighborhood, very safe. 2 buildings down from a 24-hour 7-11 konbini and 1/2 block from a Lawson's konbini. Easy 10 minute walk from hotel to Ueno station to catch the JR Yamanote train line anywhere. Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Tokyo! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Monday Apart Premium in Tokyo, and it exceeded all my expectations! With plenty of excellent restaurants, shopping areas, and cultural spots just a short walk away, the location couldn’t be more convenient. The staff were exceptional—always warm, attentive, and helpful. From smooth check-in to thoughtful local recommendations, they truly went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The lobby’s welcoming ambiance set the tone, and I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and treats on arrival. My room was a haven of comfort and style, combining Japanese minimalism with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the in-room coffee and tea options. I loved the city view from my window, especially as Tokyo’s skyline lit up at night—it was a beautiful sight to come back to after a day out.
