Seafood Bar Ermitage Yoyogi — Restaurant in Tokyo

The food is very tasty. Like VERY tasty. The star plate everyone recommends is delicious. But the service is miserable. I came with one friend, both of us are not Japanese and we were asked to get a meal plus a drink on the self service menu (with a QR code). I don't really like this kind of commercial move but eh I really wanted to try this restaurant plus we won't have to pay table charge, will we ? FALSE we had to buy a drink plus we had table charge ! 500y+ of them ! (So 1000y in total) I'm not against table charge but having to buy a drink plus having a table charge ? That's a no no. Plus why a table charge when there is no one in the restaurant and its very wide ? They didn't even have to serve us as its self order so it was very shocking. The cherry on top was when a couple of Japanese entered and were not asked to get a drink (I don't know if they had table charge) So yeah, food is delicious Service is ridiculous. So be prepare to pay a lot more...

昨日は、SNSで見て食べたかった 「とろサーモンレアカツ」を求めて、 夫婦ではるばる代々木へと行ってきました❤️

土曜日12時に予約をしていたのですが、 到着すると、あいにくの雨だというのに なんと、10人以上の列ができている…すご！ 予約しておいて、よかったー😌

店内は、今時のバルといった感じで、 おしゃれだし、広々としていて居心地よし！

店員さんはとにかくめっちゃ忙しそうだけど、 感じいいし、QRコード注文なので注文楽ちん。

SNSでは、ご飯付きの「とろサーモンレアカツ丼」が 有名ですが、実はご飯なしのサラダ付きもできます！

まずは運ばれてきて、そのビジュアルに感動！ 艶やかなオレンジ色のサーモンカツが綺麗すぎる❤️

自分で混ぜ混ぜして作るタルタルソース、 別添えのいくら、とびっこをかけていただきます。

ほぼお刺身の脂がのった、とろとろのサーモン！ かなり分厚いけれど、本当に柔らかい☺️

周りは薄いサックサクの衣をまとっています。 ひと口食べれば、そのとろとろとサクサクの食感の ハーモニーに否応なくやられます…マイッタ🥺

プチプチのとびっこが、めちゃいいアクセント。 そして、地味に醤油ベースのタレがおいし…！

いやー、これはマジでおいしい…。 思い出したらまた食べたくなりました🤤

▶︎「兵庫県産 生牡蠣いくら添え（2個）」

大きな生牡蠣の上に、いくらが添えてあり、 レモンやオリーブオイルをお好みでつけて いただく、なんとも贅沢なメニュー。

とにかくね、牡蠣がめちゃくちゃおいしい！

その日の仕入れによって状態は異なるかもですが、 とにかく昨日はめちゃビッグで、トロッとしていて、 ミルキーで、濃厚で、一瞬意識飛びそうになった❗️

スモークしたメカジキって、初めて❤️

スモーク感はそこまで感じられなかったけど、 身がキュッと引き締まっていて、お味が濃厚で メカジキとってもおいしかったです！

削りたてのチーズがふわっとかかっているので、 これを一緒に食べるとまた味が 濃ゆくなって最高においしかったなあ✨

Good atmosphere and would recommend the deep fried oysters which were delicious! Came due to TikTok recommendations but it absolutely was not worth it as the money was too expensive.

House specialty salmon katsu was not good and the spaghetti with hamburger was very underwhelming. Food came put slowly as everything is made to order and a busy restaurant can mean 20 - 30 minute wait for mains, they give you a non-optional appetizer that is tiny and ¥1000 for 2 people.

Would not recommend unless you want really want to be disappointed by...
