年上の日本人女性スタッフの態度には本当に不満です！彼女の顧客サービスと話し口調は非常に傲慢で冷酷です。私はこのカフェのお気に入りのたまり場でしたし、飲み物も美味しかったので、ほとんど常連客のようなものでした。しかし、今では、その女性の私に対する態度のせいで、再びここに来ることさえ考えられません。彼女のように行動する他のスタッフに遭遇したことはありません。彼女は顧客のニーズと満足度について本当に学ぶ必要があります！！！

Me and my friend often comes to this cafe after class because it’s a good place to chill and it has a charging spot too. We usually order sandwiches, spaghetti and honey yuzu tea and sometime cake too! I guess because we often go there some of the staff may also recognize us. Today me and my friend as usual we decided to go again to have a cake and tea after our class but I was already carrying coffee in my hand that I got from local cafe earlier however I always order their yuzu tea before I leave or while we are there. So, my friend ordered cake thinking that we will first have that and while sitting there for sometime we will order tea for both of us later on, but the old woman she asked us when we were ordering, “no drink?” We said “not now” and then she gave us a side eye and told me with such an arrogant voice/tone that,” throw away that cup or give me I’ll throw it coz that’s not from our store you cannot have it here” but the thing is we already ordered cake from their store and was thinking of getting drinks afterwards and without asking us or making sure that we will be getting anything later on she was rude enough to talk to us like she have no respect for her customers. And the thing is we were not even aware about no drinks were allowed while entering the cafe coz I understand there is a written sign for no smoking but not about any other rules and we are regular customer of theirs. I am very very disappointed today with her attitude! I and my friend we will never go back to that cafe anymore!!!
