For such a Michelin-starred restaurant, the atmosphere is surprisingly relaxed, there’s this quiet elegance to the space, but also a cozy, warmth vibe that makes us feel at ease. LOVE IT
The course menu was exactly what I wanted - mixture of shabu-shabu, sushi, sashimi, kaiseki, tempura, oysters, unagi, soba, shirako porridge rice Every dish was prep with soul, with such attention to detail, right in front of us.
The maki roll - hands down the best we’ve ever had. What made it stand out? Perfect temperature shari with generous amount of 🐟 filling 😍

最初に出てきた島根の蒸し鮑の上にウニは、とても新鮮でおいしかったです。 ウニの濃厚な味と蒸し鮑の食感が絶妙にマッチしていて、一口食べるごとに幸せを感じました。
ハモの刺身は新鮮で、脂ののった部分と赤身部分の組み合わせが絶妙でした。カツオのづげも最高でした。
本マグロのトロタク巻きも、口の中でトロけるような舌触りで、まさに贅沢な一品でした。とうもろこしのかき揚げとまんがんじ唐辛子の揚げ物。サクサクのかき揚げとピリッとした唐辛子が絶妙にマッチしていて、日本酒が進みました。
天然鮎とさざえの唐揚げは、揚げたてアツアツで、ふわふわの食感がたまりませんでした。 うなぎもしっとりと焼かれており、脂がのっていて絶品でした。
食事もカレーライス、ナスと帆立の天ぷら、酢橘蕎麦、カラスミ蕎麦とバラエティ豊かで、どれも美味しくいただきました。 宮崎マンゴープリン🍮はデザートとして最高でした。
おの澤は、食材の質、調理法、サービス全てにおいて素晴らしいお店だと感じました。また次回もぜひ訪れたいと思います。
This is my 11th time here! Lol The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm, and the staff were very kind.
The first dish, steamed abalone from Shimane, topped with sea urchin, was very fresh and delicious. The rich flavor of the sea urchin and the texture of the steamed abalone were a perfect match, and I felt happy with every bite.
The conger eel sashimi was fresh, and the combination of the fatty and lean parts was exquisite. The bonito tsuke was also excellent.
The bluefin tuna fatty taku roll also had a texture that melted in the mouth, and was a truly luxurious dish. Deep-fried corn tempura and deep-fried manganji chili peppers. The crispy tempura and spicy chili peppers were a perfect match, and made me want to drink more sake.
The deep-fried wild sweetfish and turban shells were piping hot and had a fluffy texture that was irresistible. The eel was grilled moist and fatty and absolutely delicious.
The food was varied too, including curry rice, eggplant and scallop tempura, vinegared citrus soba, and dried mullet roe soba, all of which was delicious. The Miyazaki mango pudding 🍮 was the perfect dessert.
I felt that Onosawa was an excellent restaurant in terms of the quality of its ingredients, cooking methods, and service. I'd definitely like to visit...
