Food: 5/5 - you order prior to being seated. There were 4 different sizes of noodles to choose from. You can purchase extra toppings. We had the foundation dip noodle with pork and the Dan-dan spicy noodle with a side of egg and spinach. The portions were bigger than expected. They also offer extra stock to add to your soup.

Service: 5/5 - server was nice and friendly. Most customers knew the routine and ate quickly.

Atmosphere: 5/5 cosy place located in the basement of an office building.

平日のランチタイムに訪れた舎鈴丸の内店。地下ながらも明るく清潔感のある空間で、回転も良くスムーズに着席できました。

煮干しを効かせた醤油ベースに軽やかな背脂のコクが加わり、朝からでもスッと染み入る優しい旨味。煮干しの風味はしっかりしつつ、苦さやエグミは控えめで、「煮干し苦手派」でも安心して楽しめるバランスです 。

特徴的なのは、ギザギザとした中太ちぢれ麺！ワシワシとした噛みごたえがクセになり、スープとの絡みも抜群。麺を口に運ぶたびに、スープの旨みと麺の食感が完璧にマッチします 。

トッピング・調味の楽しみ

チャーシューはしっとりと柔らかく、メンマのシャキシャキとした食感が好アクセント。ネギもたっぷりで、全体の調和を引き立てます。卓上には山椒、柚子粉、黒七味、柑橘酢などがあり、味変の自由度が高く、最後まで飽きずに楽しめました 。
