MARUNOUCHI BASE — Restaurant in Tokyo

Really it’s so old and not very American. Sat 2nd floor near the darts board. No thick burger which was I was expecting. The interior is sad. Chicken sandwich was okay but it was thigh meat which doesn’t match a sandwich which should be pounded chicken breast. The staff seem to be afraid to take whiles people’s orders and when I asked to pay they made me go to the bar and then they used the mobile card reader for my payment. Why couldn’t they walk to the table with it? Overall a company cafeteria has more style and not having a burger on the menu makes it a cheap knock off of an American food court. Cow tongue just sounds nasty. Spend all that money for a place in Marunochi but nothing on the interior....

I recently visited Marunouchi Base and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The location is super convenient in the middle of Marunouchi, and the vibe feels stylish yet relaxed. The staff were friendly and the service was smooth. The menu has a good variety of drinks and food options—perfect for both casual meetings and hanging out with friends. Prices are reasonable for the area, and the interior has a nice balance of modern and cozy.However, I don’t recommend sitting at the terrace—it gets too hot and uncomfortable, especially during the day. Good restaurant. I tried one of their lunch sets consisting on a fried chicken burger with a side of salad and fries, and it tasted very good. The lunch set plus a Coca-Cola was ¥1,540. The place has a nice atmosphere, cozy, and not noisy, so good to hang and talk with people. Staff was very kind and friendly, and they even reminded me that I had some discount points I forgot about.
