池袋西口には多数のスターバックスがあり、ここはその一つです。給仕されるドリンクや料理の質・量、スタッフのサービスにおいて、他のスターバックスとは遜色ありません。入口から見ただけでは席数は少ないように見えますが、店内は奥行きがあり席数も充分にあります。カウンター席を含め、ほぼ1～2人向けに席が構成されているため、大人数での利用はあまり適さないように思います（入り口付近のカウンター席に、充電用のコンセントが設置されています）。 立教大学が近くにあるからか、特に夜間は学生の利用が目立ちます。彼らは比較的静かに利用しますが、パソコンを開いて作業する人も多く、時間帯によっては客の回転はあまりよくありません。 入口に段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。しかも入り口前の歩道は平日休日問わず人の往来が多いため、それも利用しづらさを増長させていると思います。
